DENBY POTTERY ODE SAUCERS
Indispensible saucers in the long discontinued tableware range of "Ode", manufactured by Denby Pottery. These saucers have a diameter approximately five and three quarter inches. They are in excellent condition and are suitable for use with either the standard cups or the small coffee cups/mugs.
Ode was first produced by Denby Pottery in the 1960's. It was coloured in antique gold, and plates and some other items were further decorated with a Greek Key pattern in white. This very attractive pattern received a Gold Medal for Excellence at the California State Fair in America. Sadly, production of the pattern was discontinued many years ago, so items have now become very difficult to obtain in good condition.
