Breakfast/salad plates in the ever popular Canterbury pattern, produced by Denby Pottery and Langley Pottery. The plates are approximately eight and a half inches in diameter. Some are marked with the Denby back stamp and some with the Langley back stamp. All are in excellent condition.
Canterbury is one of the patterns that were already being produced at the Langley plant when it was taken over by Denby Pottery. Denby continued its production and thus some items have the Denby stamp and some have the Langley stamp. The bottom line is that the range was discontinued many years ago and it has become very difficult to find items in good condition. Make sure that you order your requirements while we have such excellent examples in stock.
