Hornsea Pottery Miniature Dickens Tankards

When Alan Luckham joined Hornsea Pottery in 1959, the first items that he modelled were a set of miniature tankards depicting well know characters from the books of Charles Dickens. Surprisingly, perhaps, these tankards were not sold in set but as individual items. They were only issued in 196o, so they are quite scarce and sought after by many Hornsea collectors.
