Very useful cereal bowls in the very scarce leaf version of the Terracotta range, designed for Poole Pottery by Rachel Barker. These Terracotta bowls have a diameter across the top of approximately six and three quarter inhches and they are approximately two and a half inches tall. They are in excellent condition.
This is one of the very distinctive ranges from Poole where they have deliberately used bristle marking as a feature of the plates decor. The degree of brush marking varies considerably from plate to plate so we believe that these may have originally been sold as seconds. They are however, otherwise in excellent condition and will be a worthy addition to any tableware setting.
The Terracotta range had a relatively short production run and as a result it has now become very difficult to obtain in such excellent condition. Top up this sumptuous tableware pattern while we are still able to obtain such fine examples.
