This is the smaller lidded casserole dish in the Denby/Langley Pottery Mayflower pattern. 

Unfortunately this dish is missing it's lid and is sold as a spare base. 

When Denby purchased the old Langley Pottery, they continued to produce some of the Langley patterns, including Mayflower. Some items are therefore found with the Langley back stamp and some with the Denby backstamp.
