This is a teaspoon made by Viners for the discontinued Eternal Beau tableware design by Johnson Brothers.

Eternal Beau is a readily recognised shape (octagonal plates and saucers) and the pattern was sold in enormous quantities, and although production has ceased, the popularity seems to go on and on.
