Very elegant tall coffee pots from the popular Chestnut range of Poole  Pottery. These pots stand approximately 8.75 inches tall (to the top of the knob on the lid). Although originally sold by Poole Pottery as coffee pots, we know that many of our clients now use these as large tea pots, because of their additional capacity. These Chestnut items are in very good condition.

Chestnut was one of the "Compact" series of patterns, designed by Robert Jefferson and first produced by Poole Pottery in the mid 1960's. It was a very practical style, designed to stack easily and safely.  The range was discontinued by Poole Pottery many years ago and has now become very difficult to obtain in good condition.
