Poole Pottery Sherborne Lidded Serving Dishes, Second Quality

Lidded serving dishes from Poole Pottery in the rarely seen Sherborne pattern. The base of these bowls has a diameter across its top of just over 8.5" and stands approximately 3.5" deep. They are good condition but we have noted a couple of marks on the rim of the bowl, which looks as though it may have occurred in the manufacturing process, so we suspect that it may have originally been sold as a "Second". The marks can be seen in the second photograph displayed on the web page.We have reduced the price accordingly.

Sherborne was one of the Poole Pottery patterns that had a relatively short production run. This meant that many customers had not completed their sets when the production ceased. Make sure that you top up your set while we still have such excellent examples available.
