Purbeck Pottery Toast Handled Soup/Dessert/Cereal Bowls

Handled multi purpose bowls in the Toast pattern produced by Purbeck Pottery. These bowls have a diameter across the top of approximately five inches and are just over two and a quarter inches tall.  They are in very good condition and a very useful addition any table setting.

Purbeck Pottery from Dorset has long been renowned for its production of attractive and hard wearing tableware. It has become a favourite both in homes and in restaurants and hotels. Toast was produced and sold in large quantities but its manufacture was discontinued several years ago. It has now become quite difficult to obtain items in good condition.
