CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Customer Satisfaction is our key aim. We work hard to provide quality items at an acceptable price. Because we are buying and selling discontinued tableware, it is the very nature of our business that almost all of the items that we offer for sale are second hand. However, after nearly three decades of business in such products we have come up with the following 'rule of thumb' with regard to the condition of items. It is that they must be of a condition that we would be happy to use on our own table, in the presence of guests. Our clientele seem to be well pleased with our judgment in such matters.

We also try to indicate the condition of specific items on the web site, so that if an individual item does not meet the above criteria (and we are possibly selling it at a reduced price), this will be evident to any prospective buyer.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that a buyer is not satisfied with items that we provide, the buyer must notify us by telephone or email of that fact within fourteen days of receipt of the item. On the subsequent return of the goods, we will then arrange a full refund of the price of the goods and carriage without quibble.
We also comply with all conditions of the Distance Selling Regulations and associated statute.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS
We usually dispatch items within two working days of receipt of payment (subject to allowing 4 working days for clearance where payment is by cheque). Delivery is usually processed by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and delivery within UK is usually within 2 working days of dispatch..

We accept full responsibility for the packaging and transport of goods that are purchased from us. In the unlikely event of breakages in transit, we must be notified within 3 days of the delivery, and on proof of the damage, we will arrange full refund or replacement.

PRICING POLICY
All items are priced as per the web site, expect where any human or technical error has caused the price of the goods or associated charges to be wrongly communicated. Where any such error comes to our notice, we will always communicate with the purchaser in order to ensure that they still wish to proceed with the purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY
All details provided by our clients are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Such details will not be provided to any third party and will only be used by us for the purposes of providing the client with services associated with this web site. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and at all times we will comply fully with all current relative legislation.
