This is the very attractive and hard to find mug in the Kabul pattern from Churchill's Ports of Call range by Jeff Banks. 

The UK company, Churchill have produced a large range of patterns in Jeff Bank's Ports of Call range. Amongst the most popular of these was the Kabul pattern. Items are now becoming more difficult to obtain in this range.
