This is the medium 2 pint coffee pot in the Chevron pattern, manufactured by Denby Pottery. 

Chevron was designed by Gill Pemberton in the early 1960's. At its time it was quite an innovative design and a challenge in both design and manufacture. However it became very popular and was produced and sold in large quantities.
