This is a melamine mixing bowl with pourer in Johnson Brothers discontinued range of Eternal Beau. 

Eternal Beau is a readily recognised shape (octagonal plates and saucers) and the pattern was sold in enormous quantities, and although production has ceased, the popularity seems to go on and on.
