Poole Pottery Magnolia White Large Serving Platter
A large oval serving platter produced by Poole Pottery in their scarce Magnolia White colouring. The platter measures approximately 16" by 13" and is in very good condition. We are unable to decide about its exact age, but the Poole Pottery back stamp appears to be Mark 33, which was used from 1935 to 1949 and again from 1985 until recent times. We believe that the style of the piece rules out the latter dates so it would appear to date beween 1935 and 1949. We have added a photograph of the back stamp for your consideration.
